Do you offer digital labels if I’m in a rush?

Yes. Place your order, then contact us via online chat, phone or email with your order number. We’ll email print-ready digital labels/lead sheets you can use immediately while your physical stock ships.

Which shipping methods do you use?

Canada: Purolator Ground or Canada Post Xpresspost. United States: USPS Priority Mail (ships from Canada).

How does your pricing work?

Tiered by volume—the more labels, lead sheets or documents you order, the lower the cost per unit.

Do all lead sheets have a scannable Trip barcode?

No. Only ACI eManifests (Canada) and NCAP-FAST lead sheets include a scannable barcode required upon arrival. ACE Manifest lead sheets do not use a CRN Trip barcode.

How do I get help fast?

How do I get a SCAC Code?

Apply directly with the National Motor Freight Traffic Association (NMFTA): go to the SCAC portal, submit your company details, and pay the fee to receive your 4 letter code.

A SCAC is required in CBP systems like ACE and required to be used for PAPS labels.

How do I get a Highway Carrier Code?

Apply through the CBSA’s CARM Client Portal: create a CCP account, choose non-bonded or bonded, and complete the highway carrier application with your company details.

Once your 4-character code is issued you can register to transmit ACI eManifests and get the required PARS barcode labels.
